Greenport West-Holland and Stichting Innovatie Glastuinbouw Nederland (SIGN) organized the seminar 'Valuable substances from plants' in the innovation and expertise center Delta Agrifood Business. A number of experts gave their views on extracting and adding value to plant ingredients.
